Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Navya Travels. By booking our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Booking Confirmation

A taxi booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Availability is confirmed by our team
  • Booking details are verified
  • Confirmation is shared via call, WhatsApp, or email

Navya Travels reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to unavailability or incorrect information.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • All fares are fixed and communicated before booking confirmation.
  • Toll tax, parking charges, and driver allowance (if applicable) will be clarified at the time of booking.
  • Advance payment may be required for long-distance or airport transfers.
  • Remaining payment must be completed at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges
  • Within 24 hours of pickup: Up to 25% cancellation fee
  • Within 4 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee
  • No show: No refund

Advance payments, if any, will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.


4. Cancellation by Navya Travels

In rare situations such as:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver unavailability
  • Road restrictions
  • Natural emergencies

We will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle. If not possible, a full refund of advance payment will be issued.


5. Waiting Time Policy

  • For airport pickups, 60 minutes of waiting time is complimentary after flight landing.
  • For local or intercity pickups, 15–30 minutes waiting time is allowed.
  • Additional waiting time may be chargeable.

6. Delays & Traffic Conditions

Navya Travels is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Heavy traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Roadblocks or diversions
  • Government restrictions

Passengers are advised to plan travel time accordingly, especially for airport transfers.


7. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must:

  • Provide correct pickup and drop details
  • Maintain proper behavior during travel
  • Avoid carrying illegal or hazardous items
  • Ensure luggage does not exceed vehicle capacity

Navya Travels reserves the right to terminate service in case of misconduct.


8. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has limited luggage capacity:

  • Sedan: Standard luggage for up to 4 passengers
  • SUV: Larger luggage capacity

Extra luggage must be informed in advance.


9. Liability Limitation

Navya Travels is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Missed flights due to late departure by passenger
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances

Passengers are responsible for personal items.


10. Modifications to Booking

Changes in:

  • Pickup time
  • Travel date
  • Pickup or drop location

May result in additional charges depending on availability.


11. Force Majeure

Navya Travels is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Government travel bans

We will assist in rescheduling wherever possible.
